This location has been around for a long time and did the upgrades along with every other location in south Florida about 2 years ago. Their service isn't always good, but a big improvement from about a year ago. They haven't screwed up my orders since last year either so I'm hoping it's due to better management.

Wendy's makes delicious fresh to order burgers. Cashier was friendly food took a bit longer than expected to receive but that was due to cooking a fresh batch of fries and chicken nuggets. Food was hot and satisfying.

The food is great always clean but have one problem with our employee that I visit this Wendy's and doing the three visits I see this female employees always in a bag eating and at the same time she preparing the food and I find it very sick to my stomach not professional

This Wendy's is brand new so the quality is still really good! Every year in December or January they offer a frosty keychain for $1 (for charity) and do not pass it up! You get free frostys all year! Be careful of the weird doors on the left of the building. Only one is an entrance. Remember to dip your fries in your frosty!

GRADE A LOCATION! This location is excellent. The management are doing a great job. I have never encountered a problem with the food or the service. Polite efficient staff, consistent product. Very clean and orderly. A well oiled machine. One of the best held together fast food restaurants in all of Hialeah! GREAT JOB!!!

I like the convenience of this Wendy's in regards to the availability to go in and out fast whether if it's walking or in the drive thru.The only thing that I dislike about the drive-thru is when getting out is really difficult and you can only go one way there's not another exit that you can take to go around; you're getting out to a main street so it's really difficult to get out oh her.Nonetheless my orders have always been accurate and complete I have not had to return for a missing item I am always asked for sauces or ketchup and I always get it if requested.In the last couple of visits I have had young people helped me and they are always nice and courteous. I enjoy to come over here for lunch.
